This experienced lawyer role supports a specialty insurance company’s Claims Prevention team. You will research legal and practice management issues, develop policies, and create practical guidance. The position suits a lawyer transitioning from traditional practice into presentation focused work.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver CPD programs, conference presentations, webinars, and short form videos
Research complex legal and practice management issues
Translate requirements into practical, accessible guidance
Develop and amend educational resources for group members
Update materials as law and practice guidance change
Requirements:

JD or LLB and Canadian lawyer licensing in good standing
Minimum five years of litigation experience
Real estate litigation experience particularly valued
Strong writing and seminar presentation skills
Ability to explain complex legal requirements clearly
