SAP AMS Service Delivery Manager

Lead SAP service delivery remotely from Montreal expertise in ITIL practices, SLA governance, and SAP S/4HANA application management services.
This permanent SAP AMS Manager role requires seven years of relevant SAP experience and significant SAP delivery experience. You will develop AMS accounts, manage client relationships, and coordinate services across operational and management levels. Familiarity with RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP models supports informed client conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support renewals, client satisfaction, and account retention
Maintain contractual, scope, and consumption visibility
Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor
Plan delivery, assign tickets, and coordinate resources
Coach consultants through feedback and skills development
Requirements:
Seven years of relevant SAP experience
Significant SAP delivery and AMS account development experience
Practical SAP S/4HANA knowledge
Strong ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management knowledge
Familiarity with RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP
