IT Service Delivery Manager Group Savings

Lead IT service delivery for Group Savings and Retirement, combining digital transformation, strategic leadership, and bilingual collaboration in a hybrid environment.
As Manager, IT Service Delivery, you will guide strategic assets and initiatives supporting growth, digital experience, and transformation. Reporting to the Director, you will lead more than a dozen employees and over 50 consultants organized into squads. Your work will align business priorities, technology strategies, and enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Define sector priorities and contribute to its technology vision
Build, mobilize, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams
Oversee asset delivery, stability, security, and sustainability
Define roadmaps, capacity plans, and initiative priorities
Manage budgets, vendors, governance, and portfolio performance
Requirements:
More than 10 years combining information technology and leadership
At least 5 years in a management role
Experience with digital delivery, portfolios, products, or strategic assets
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Advanced spoken and written French and English
Shape reliable technology delivery through strategic leadership, portfolio management, cybersecurity, automation, and bilingual stakeholder influence.
