Key Responsibilities:
• Establish proactive health and safety management processes
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
• Coach project leadership on health and safety standards
• Conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of progressive health and safety experience
• Strong background in Mining, Energy, or Infrastructure
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• Preferred certification with recognized bodies
• Proficient in both English and Microsoft Office
