Senior Guidewire Business Analyst

This position requires at least 10 years of Business Analyst experience, including 8 years in the property and casualty domain. You will work with business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into functional specifications for development and testing teams. The work includes user stories, Gherkin acceptance criteria, and User Acceptance Testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements
Translate requirements into functional requirements for development and testing
Write user stories and Gherkin acceptance criteria
Support User Acceptance Testing activities
Work independently with minimal guidance from leads or managers
Requirements:
10 or more years as a Business Analyst
8 or more years of property and casualty experience
Hands-on Guidewire Policy and Claims Centers experience
Agile project experience with API and microservices knowledge
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
Use Guidewire, Agile, stakeholder communication, and P&C expertise to deliver functional analysis for ValueMomentum insurance projects.
