Corporate Operational Risk Manager

Lead operational risk oversight in Toronto with expertise in risk frameworks, controls, and governance at TD Bank Group. This role operates 37.5 hours weekly.
As Risk Manager within Corporate Segment ORM, you will provide second-line oversight and challenge for corporate functions. You will apply operational risk methodologies, assess exposures, and support effective mitigation. The work includes partnering with Compliance, AML, Legal, and HR control functions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operational risk programs for selected corporate functions
Challenge risk identification, reporting, mitigation, and controls
Execute 2A requirements within the three lines framework
Assess function-owned risks, exposures, and potential impacts
Consult on initiatives and escalate operational risk issues
Requirements:
Experience in risk management or related control functions
Strong knowledge of operational risk programs and frameworks
Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus
Undergraduate degree or relevant risk experience or accreditation
Apply operational risk expertise, sound judgment, and relationship-building skills to strengthen TD’s corporate risk oversight in Toronto.
