Shape Franke's North American commercial portfolio through product strategy, innovation, and cross-functional leadership across regulated facilities.
This manager turns customer insights, market data, and technology trends into differentiated products and a prioritized roadmap. The role serves demanding sectors including healthcare, correctional, education, and multi-family residential facilities. You will coordinate development from voice of customer through launch while supporting compliance, risk management, and robust product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize concurrent projects, resources, and portfolio commitments
Translate technology trends into differentiated commercial products
Analyze testing and field data to establish root causes
Coordinate engineers, contractors, specifiers, and channel partners
Drive decisions through clear recommendations and technical communication
Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering degree or related bachelor's degree
Five years of product development from concept through launch
Two years leading teams or equivalent education and experience
3D CAD, engineering drawing standards, and GD&T proficiency
Canadian and United States certification and code knowledge
Combine commercial insight, analytical problem solving, and portfolio leadership to advance Franke products throughout North America.
