Mortgage AI Product Manager

Lead mortgage AI product development at nesto, combining operational insight, machine learning collaboration, and clear communication across lending workflows.
This Product Manager will help develop Maestro, an AI platform already assisting underwriters with real mortgage files. You will work across sales, underwriting, and loan servicing while translating expert judgment into product improvements. The mandate combines discovery, delivery, measurement, and informed roadmap recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Turn mortgage workflows into decision logic and shipped products
Partner with underwriting operations and business stakeholders
Build feedback loops around human judgment and AI output
Measure time to decision, accuracy, throughput, and capacity
Share discoveries that improve how colleagues work
Requirements:
Three to five years in consulting or complex product roles
Ability to investigate systems, data, and edge cases
Comfort making decisions without perfect inputs
Proven AI tool fluency for discovery, testing, and analysis
Ability to explain complex concepts to non experts
Apply product judgment to mortgage operations, AI decisioning, and underwriter feedback while helping Maestro advance lending technology.
