As a Project Manager, you serve as the front-line contact for project activities, issues, and risks. You escalate appropriately, manage stakeholder communication, and interface with Business Unit Leaders and Finance. The position also aligns deliverables with project outcomes and maintains governance controls. Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills support these responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as front-line contact for project activities and risks
Manage risks and issues, escalating accordingly
Develop ROI, IRR, and other financial measures
Manage stakeholder communication and project escalations
Align deliverables with project outcomes
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or related fields
Experience with sponsor reporting and escalation
Strong facilitation, collaboration, and negotiation skills
Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions
Comfort working under pressure, ambiguity, and change
Use risk management, financial measures, and stakeholder leadership to keep UL Solutions projects aligned with intended outcomes.
