Wealth Advisor Coaching Specialist

Support wealth advisors through practical coaching, onboarding, and tool adoption in Meridian’s hybrid Toronto-area environment. Strengthen member engagement using data-informed guidance.
As an Advisor Experience Specialist, you will support advisors and Wealth leaders across coaching, field enablement, and capability building. Your work covers sales effectiveness, financial-planning conversations, activity management, referrals, and asset consolidation. You will also reinforce consistent execution and adoption of advisor platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach advisors on sales effectiveness and member engagement practices
Analyze performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities
Reinforce best practices with Wealth leaders
Support workshops, office hours, job aids, and onboarding
Gather feedback and recommend enablement improvements
Requirements:
Five to seven-plus years of relevant wealth experience recommended
Knowledge of wealth management and holistic financial planning
Proficiency with Conquest, Dynamics 365, CapIntel, and Advisor Stream
Strong coaching, facilitation, consulting, and presentation skills
University or college degree, or equivalent experience
Bring wealth expertise, coaching capability, and analytical judgment to improve advisor effectiveness and member outcomes at Meridian.
