This Manager, Leadership Programs role supports Proximity’s mandate for senior hospital leadership development and change leadership. As an individual contributor, you will create practical programs, resources, and thought leadership informed by research, stakeholder perspectives, and emerging priorities. Your work will strengthen leadership impact across the health system.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate sector insights into relevant learning experiences
Advise stakeholders on leadership development topics
Partner with researchers and academic leaders on evidence
Manage initiative budgets, schedules, scope, and delivery
Continuously improve offerings through recommendations and analysis
Requirements:

Seven-plus years in healthcare strategy or related fields
Experience designing programs for executive audiences
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze complex leadership challenges
Healthcare or hospital experience considered an asset
Use healthcare insight, executive communication, and program management to develop leadership initiatives serving Ontario’s hospital community.
