Enterprise Change Management Manager

Lead enterprise-wide transformation in Vancouver as a Change Manager using Prosci, ADKAR, and stakeholder engagement expertise. This six-month contract follows a hybrid model.
The global enterprise organization needs a Change Manager supporting large-scale business transformation. You will develop strategies for function-specific changes, systems upgrades, organizational design, and multi-year programs. The work requires readiness measurement, adoption tracking, and senior stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop change management strategies for enterprise-wide transformation programs
Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments
Design stakeholder engagement activities across impacted teams
Measure adoption using defined metrics and mitigate resistance
Coach project teams and embed sustainable business improvements
Requirements:
Five to ten years leading change or transformation work
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related area
Advanced knowledge of Prosci and ADKAR methodologies
Experience tracking adoption with real metrics
Strong communication, influencing, MS Office, and Smartsheet skills
