Crude Oil Pipeline Scheduling Coordinator

Coordinate crude oil logistics in Calgary using pipeline scheduling, Excel, and market delivery planning for Canadian Natural. Work five eight-hour shifts weekly.
Reporting to the Crude Scheduling Supervisor, this coordinator manages crude oil and condensate logistics from wellhead through downstream sales markets. The work involves trucks, pipelines, rail, customer relationships, and industry participants. Success depends on accurate nominations, inventory monitoring, and timely coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule crude movements with marketers from plants to markets
Prepare pipeline nominations and shipment notices
Monitor production, receipts, deliveries, and tank inventories
Coordinate responses to outages, apportionment, and capacity constraints
Maintain Egistix records and reconcile month-end volumes
Requirements:
Business, Economics, or Engineering degree
At least 10 years in crude pipeline scheduling or logistics
Knowledge of Canadian pipelines, terminals, COLC, and crude quality
Strong Excel skills; Egistix experience is an asset
Clear communication, sound judgment, and deadline management
