Become the Community Program Leader in High Level, Alberta, and drive community initiatives that engage and enrich lives. Take lead roles in event planning and facilitate programs for diverse audiences.
This role entails working within a vibrant Community Services team to develop and implement programs that cater to children, families, and the entire community. Exceptional organizational skills will allow you to manage events such as Halloween festivities, Day Camps, and Art in the Park successfully. Your ability to forge strong relationships with community partners and volunteers is crucial for nurturing a supportive network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and facilitate innovative community programs
• Organize and plan high-profile events throughout the year
• Engage and support community volunteers and organizations
• Establish sustainable partnerships with local businesses
• Cater programming to various age demographics
Requirements:
• Experience in event planning and community engagement
• Completion of Orientation to Child Care Level 1 required
• Background in Recreation or similar fields preferred
• First Aid and Food Safe certification mandatory
• Thrive in a fast-paced and diverse work environment
