As Field Operations Maintenance Supervisor, you will direct field labor and support personnel while aligning assignments with contracts, budgets, and compliance. You will oversee hiring, training, discipline, safety investigations, and service quality. The role also requires customer communication, resource management, and technical guidance across elevator-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop operational plans aligned with contracts, budgets, and compliance
Direct field labor and support personnel schedules
Oversee hiring, training, discipline, and employee management
Lead Toolbox Talks and safety training sessions
Maintain client relationships and resolve service issues
Requirements:

Minimum five years’ operational or field management experience
Elevator industry or related technical field experience preferred
Understanding of maintenance, modernization, or technical system repair
Mechanical and electrical comprehension with technical document interpretation
Valid driver’s license and regional travel availability
Bring field leadership, safety oversight, customer service, and technical operations expertise to TK Elevator’s maintenance organization.
