Intermediate Architectural Designer SolidWorks

Design architectural elements in Toronto using SolidWorks, 3D modeling, and technical drafting, with four days onsite and one day working from home.
Maxxit System Inc. seeks an Intermediate Designer with three to five years of architectural design or fabrication experience. You will develop facades, custom installations, furniture, and building components. The work combines conceptual design, detailed solutions, fabrication documentation, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Create conceptual and detailed architectural design solutions
Develop SolidWorks models, assemblies, and production-ready drawings
Coordinate with engineers and fabricators on manufacturability
Present concepts, gather feedback, and adjust designs
Support timelines, deliverables, and fabrication challenges
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, industrial design, or related field
Three to five years’ architectural design or fabrication experience
Strong professional proficiency in SolidWorks
Knowledge of fabrication standards, materials, and construction techniques
Strong communication, creativity, accuracy, and collaboration skills
