Global Equity Compensation Manager

Lead global equity compensation projects with tax expertise and stakeholder coordination in a hybrid Manager role based in San Jose.
Vialto seeks a Manager, Global Equity & Reward with seven-plus years in equity compensation, global reward, or related fields. You will support multinational clients through share plan design, implementation, compliance, and operational delivery. The work spans HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax collaboration across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage global share plan projects across their full lifecycle
Coordinate equity administration, reporting, and compliance processes
Build trusted client relationships and manage project deliverables
Establish governance frameworks and coordinate year-end reporting
Mentor junior team members and review work accuracy
Requirements:
Seven-plus years in equity compensation, global reward, or related fields
Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance
Tax experience is required for this position
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations
