As Chief Analyst, Transformation, Capital Insights, you will work within the Capital Analysis team and report to the Senior Manager. You will support Finance, Risk, Treasury, Technology, and business-line partners on regulatory capital and process transformation initiatives. Your work will combine automation, programming, visualization, and regulatory capital expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Support partners on regulatory capital and transformation initiatives
Lead automation, simplification, and optimization of production processes
Design solutions improving data quality and control robustness
Analyze regulatory ratios and project impacts
Develop dashboards and decision-making tools
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and eight years’ relevant experience
Master’s degree and six years’ relevant experience
Financial, banking, or regulatory sector experience
Python, SQL, SAS, Snowflake, VBA, or equivalent proficiency
Knowledge of regulatory capital or financial risks
