As Manager, Coverage Strategy & Forms, Corporate Underwriting, you will provide technical leadership for coverage design and wording governance. Your work will connect underwriting strategy with product implementation, customer needs, and operational effectiveness. You will also coach team members and represent Definity on industry initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance forms, endorsements, and coverage frameworks
Identify product improvements supporting customer value and efficiency
Coordinate implementation resources, training, and communications
Build internal and external relationships across insurance functions
Lead, coach, and develop team members
Requirements:

Commercial Insurance underwriting and policy wording expertise
Strong understanding of coverage governance and enablement
Proven technical guidance across teams and business units
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to foster collaboration, accountability, and professionalism
