As Agile Team Lead, Integrations, you will lead AMA’s Integrations team within Enterprise Architecture & Data. Balance hands-on architecture, development, and people leadership while building reliable, secure, scalable enterprise platforms. Collaborate with solution architects, business partners, and technical teams to shape effective integration services.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead integration services, platforms, development, support, and maintenance
Coach team members and manage performance reviews and time tracking
Define architecture standards, patterns, tools, and methodologies
Create APIs, microservices, streaming pipelines, and event-driven integrations
Guide Scrum delivery through planning, demos, and retrospectives
Requirements:

University degree or technical diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
At least eight years of application and integration development experience
Experience leading Agile or Scrum integration development teams
Extensive experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations
Hands-on AWS, TypeScript, Git, and CI/CD pipeline experience
Bring integration architecture, technical leadership, and Agile development expertise to AMA’s connected enterprise platforms and services.
