BDO Canada seeks a Senior Manager for its Canadian Tax practice. You will evaluate business processes, identify tax issues, and develop proactive strategies. The work includes domestic tax projects, reorganizations, and corporate, trust, and estate returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate client processes, policies, and tax strategy opportunities
Anticipate and address tax issues affecting client businesses
Lead domestic tax projects and maintain quality control standards
Prepare and review tax reorganizations and tax returns
Build client relationships and develop team professionals
Requirements:
Completed CPA designation and In-Depth Tax Program or Masters in Tax
Seven years of public accounting experience
At least three years specializing in tax
Understanding of corporate, personal, and trust tax planning
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client service skills
