As a Project Manager, you will own web and mobile product delivery from start to finish. You will create clarity, connect priorities to outcomes, and keep teams aligned as circumstances evolve. Nascent values collaboration and impactful results over formal project management credentials.
Key Responsibilities:

Define work, purpose, and team contributions clearly
Lead sprint planning and roadmapping sessions
Translate priorities into goals and commitments
Manage dependencies and clear delivery blockers
Pivot plans when priorities or circumstances shift
Requirements:

Three or more years delivering digital products
Experience with web and mobile products
Proactive, detail-oriented approach to delivery
Confidence leading teams through evolving priorities
Emotional intelligence and empathy for clients and teams
Bring hands-on project leadership, organization, and digital product delivery experience to Nascent’s Toronto team.
