Remote Services General Manager

Lead remote services through facilities management, procurement, and maintenance oversight as a General Manager supporting commercial or institutional operations.
This General Manager supervises buildings, equipment, janitorial, and grounds maintenance services. The position coordinates contractors, installations, repairs, preventative programs, safety compliance, budgets, and operational reviews. Success requires facilities knowledge, project management experience, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise building, equipment, janitorial, and grounds maintenance services
Procure subcontractors and schedule installations and repairs
Implement site-specific preventative maintenance programs
Monitor budgets, expenditures, and corrective actions
Ensure legislative, safety, fire, and sanitation requirements
Requirements:
Five years supervisory experience in commercial or institutional facilities
Engineering, business administration, or property management degree preferred
Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing
Project management, procurement, contracts, bids, and quotes experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
