Lead large-scale construction projects for Ledcor in Ontario, applying civil construction expertise and strong project planning skills onsite. This full-time role is site-based in Newmarket or Scarborough.
Ledcor seeks an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years managing large, complex industrial, commercial, or institutional projects. You will coordinate technical teams, clients, designers, discipline managers, subcontractors, and onsite teams. The work covers full-cycle major projects across structural, civil, M&E, and architectural scopes.
Key Responsibilities:

Review contracts, timelines, budgets, safety, quality, staffing, and equipment needs
Develop execution plans for staging, workplans, materials, subcontracting, and equipment
Oversee construction execution, progress, productivity, quality, and safety
Manage quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, and civil scope development
Prepare progress reports and maintain client communication
Requirements:

8+ years managing large, complex projects with a major general contractor
Post-secondary education in civil engineering or a related field
Full-cycle new-build Major Projects experience across all phases and scopes
Proficiency with Excel, MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam
Valid driver's license and clean abstract
Bring civil construction leadership, contract knowledge, and project controls expertise to Ledcor’s major commercial projects in Ontario.
