Village Farms International seeks a Director, Commercial (West) to lead Canadian commercial operations and Western market performance. The role connects Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Planning, Marketing, Brand, Insights, and provincial stakeholders. It establishes governance, operating cadence, and scalable processes supporting profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead performance across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba
Drive market share, distribution, assortment, and category performance
Lead Regional Leads through coaching and accountability
Own Canadian commercial governance and operating cadence
Represent commercial priorities in S&OP and planning forums
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline
Experience leading national or multi-regional commercial strategy and field execution
Experience with S&OP, commercial planning, or commercial operations
Strong analytical, financial, communication, and executive presentation skills
Ability to obtain RCMP Criminal Record Check and security clearance
