Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and document manufacturing processes and equipment modifications
• Perform time studies and assess production capabilities
• Support cross-functional teams in optimizing operations
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses of production discrepancies
• Recommend advancements in manufacturing equipment and technologies
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum three years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Preferred background in die casting or injection molding
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to read technical drawings
• Competent in Microsoft Office and project management tools
