Reporting to the Chief Estimator, this Mechanical Project Estimator supports estimating for large-scale plumbing and mechanical projects. You will review mechanical scopes, complete hydronic and plumbing piping details, and use on-screen takeoff software. The work also includes estimating databases, reports, and tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:

Review drawings and specifications to understand mechanical project scopes
Complete hydronic and plumbing piping scope on drawings
Create materials and labour estimates using takeoff software
Maintain estimating databases and prepare data reports
Prepare tender submission documents as required
Requirements:

Minimum two years estimating mechanical projects
Proficiency with Quotesoft, BlueBeam, or Revizto preferred
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Legal entitlement to work full-time hours in Canada
