Join Candu Energy Inc. as a Senior Fuel Engineering Analyst, focusing on the design and operation of CANDU nuclear power plants. This role requires a Master’s degree and 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, granting you the chance to apply your knowledge in thermal-fluid sciences and present findings to clients. You'll also participate in meetings and collaborative evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct fuel design and thermal-hydraulics analyses
• Interface with interdisciplinary teams, including safety advisors
• Develop design specifications and verification plans
• Produce comprehensive reports summarizing technical data
• Attend meetings at various locations as needed
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in relevant sectors
• Specialized knowledge of CANDU systems
• Programming skills in Python or Fortran
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality assurance
