As a full-time Manufacturing Engineer, your role will focus on the intricacies of introducing new products to the market. Your input will be vital for proper tooling acquisition and ensuring the accuracy of engineering designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead teams for efficient product launch activities
• Generate information as required by the APQP team
• Support various stakeholders in implementing new products
• Request capital for necessary tooling and equipment
• Conduct pilot runs to validate production readiness
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• 8-12 years in manufacturing and design
• Proven project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and SolidWorks
