• Manage the daily operations of the Privacy Program
• Consult with business units about regulatory requirements
• Engage with Canadian compliance regulators
• Document and supervise the Enterprise Privacy team’s initiatives
• Address privacy requests and regulatory inquiries
Requirements:
• 7 years of experience in compliance and risk management
• 5 years of privacy-focused expertise
• Strong knowledge of Canadian financial legislation
• Experience with regulatory audits and compliance checks
• Bachelor’s Degree and relevant privacy certifications preferred
