Key Responsibilities:

• Perform operator maintenance and basic field calculations
• Foster a collaborative environment through training and mentorship
Requirements:
• Physically fit for labor-intensive duties
• Ability to apply first aid and manage safety effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to work within teams
• Familiar with various drilling tools and machinery
• Experience or strong interest in the drilling industry preferred
