Driver Safety Program Manager

Shape Enercare’s driver safety program in North York through risk reduction, training coordination, and partnerships with Health and Safety.
The Fleet Manager, Telematics and Safety develops annual priorities, performance measures, and continuous improvement plans. You will align driver coaching and training with Samsara insights, incident trends, and performance data. This full-time position also supports communications, recognition, and safety technology evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead driver safety strategy and risk reduction roadmaps
Align assessments, coaching, training, and interventions with insights
Support onboarding, refresher, leadership, and remedial training
Lead safety communications, campaigns, updates, and presentations
Evaluate safety technologies, including Samsara AI capabilities
Requirements:
Experience partnering on driver training and risk interventions
Five or more years in fleet safety or related fields
Knowledge of Health and Safety practices and incident review
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence without direct authority and support change
Use driver safety expertise, training partnerships, and clear communication to advance Enercare’s fleet risk reduction priorities.
