Municipal Infrastructure Contract Administrator

Administer municipal infrastructure contracts in Toronto using contract interpretation, construction coordination, and project documentation expertise. Apply five to ten years of infrastructure construction experience.
LJB Canada, Inc. seeks a Contract Administrator within its Underground Services Practice. The position coordinates with project managers, contractors, municipal representatives, and inspection personnel. It supports water, wastewater, trenchless construction, and rehabilitation projects through contract administration, construction oversight, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer contracts from award through substantial performance and final completion
Interpret specifications, drawings, standards, and contract documents
Review payments, invoices, change orders, claims, and amendments
Coordinate meetings, site reviews, inspections, and construction issue resolution
Maintain records and coordinate deficiencies, warranties, and final acceptance
Requirements:
Five to ten years of infrastructure construction experience
Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience
Ontario P.Eng. or C.E.T. designation
Class G driver’s license
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
