This lead analyst oversees SAP Master Data Governance across Material, Customer, Supplier, and Finance domains. The role combines AMS operations, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation. You will translate business needs into compliant enhancements while coordinating with users, developers, technical teams, and downstream ERP groups.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day SAP MDG AMS operations and user support
Gather requirements and design functional enhancements across four domains
Assess impacts, test changes, and maintain functional documentation
Train and mentor the MDG AMS team
Review weekly AMS KPIs and SLAs, following up on gaps
Requirements:

At least seven years as an SAP Functional Consultant
At least two years focused on Material Master
Strong SAP MDG data model and governance-process understanding
Experience with functional designs, BRF+, workflows, and DRF
Bachelor's degree and five years relevant experience, or equivalent
Apply SAP MDG governance, functional design, and operational leadership to strengthen Zimmer Biomet's global master-data services.
