ICI Development Project Manager

Manage residential and ICI development projects in Oakville or Toronto, combining client communication with technical direction and delivery oversight. Coordinate work across Ontario’s GTA region.
As Project Manager within the Civil Engineering Division, you will oversee varied private and public development projects. The work covers planning, execution, project coordination, client relationships, and technical review. You will also contribute to proposals, RFP assessments, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional project delivery
Develop client relationships and identify business development opportunities
Prepare proposals, scope projects, and assess RFPs
Coordinate internal and external teams and daily client communications
Provide contract administration and attend project meetings
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering
Five or more years in engineering consulting project management
Ontario P.Eng. designation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
Use development project management, relationship building, and technical coordination expertise to deliver ICI work across the Greater Toronto Area.
