Senior Director People Operations

Lead People Operations, HRIS governance, and total rewards at Boldr across five countries and a globally distributed workforce.
As Senior Director, People Operations, you will own employee lifecycle systems, rewards governance, and standards across the Philippines, South Africa, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. Reporting to the VP, People, you will build scalable processes, reliable data, and consistent compliance. Your scope includes Rippling, compensation, benefits, Living Wage governance, pay equity, employee relations, labor compliance, policies, and handbooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Own employee lifecycle delivery across five countries
Lead Rippling workflows, self-service, and people data
Direct compensation cycles, job banding, and pay equity
Oversee investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Build compliance, policy, audit, and governance frameworks
Requirements:
10+ years in People or HR
8+ years leading multi-function or multi-country teams
Experience building HR infrastructure and compliance frameworks
Command of Rippling, Payfactors, Workable, and Juno
Experience with compensation cycles and sensitive investigations
Bring operational leadership, sound judgment, and HR systems expertise to Boldr’s People function across five countries.
