Lead Canadian defence business development for Tacteris in Ottawa, using customer engagement and military ecosystem expertise. Travel within Canada and internationally is required.
As Director, Defence Engagement, you will expand Tacteris's presence across the Canadian defence ecosystem. Build relationships with DND, CAF, Government of Canada organizations, primes, integrators and industry partners. Create opportunities for Maestro and Forte through briefings, demonstrations, evaluations, trials and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new Tacteris deployments across DND and CAF organizations
Build relationships with defence stakeholders and industry partners
Create and advance opportunities toward concrete outcomes
Identify requirements, programs, RFIs, RFPs and customer needs
Grow existing accounts and expand software adoption
Requirements:

Significant, credible Canadian defence environment experience
Deep understanding of DND, CAF and defence organizations
Trusted relationships with senior and working-level stakeholders
Strong communication, briefing and presentation skills
Residence near the National Capital Region
Represent Tacteris independently while advancing defence deployments, customer relationships and business opportunities across Canada.
