WSP is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer for its Ground Engineering West team. You will contribute to diverse projects while fostering strong client relationships and supporting practice growth. The role includes technical report review, project development, team collaboration, staff mentoring, and safety leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership for ground engineering project work
Participate in team and client meetings
Mentor junior and intermediate staff across disciplines
Support interoffice teams in achieving project goals
Improve safety documentation and project processes
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or postgraduate geotechnical engineering degree
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Professional Engineer registration in Ontario or Canada
Critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and leadership capability
