Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately document production logs and quality metrics
• Facilitate communication between production and other departments
• Process and package products per specifications
• Weigh and label various proteins as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Completion of High School; additional education is beneficial
• Knowledge of Food Safety standards and HACCP
• Basic math skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Capable of handling physical demands of the job
