Automotive DMS Project Delivery Manager

Deliver PBS Systems DMS projects for automotive dealerships, managing integrations, conversion issues, and client communication while traveling within North America up to 50 percent.
As Project Manager, you will support PBS Systems, the third-largest dealership management system provider in North America. You will oversee system compatibility, data conversion, and integration with CRM platforms, DMS providers, and other vendors. Customer satisfaction and data integrity remain central to implementation delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain third-party system integrations
Troubleshoot data-related issues during conversion
Ensure system functionality across internal and external stakeholders
Document implementation processes for future support
Obtain one PBS certification during the first employment year
Requirements:
One to three years working in automotive or dealerships
Understanding of project management processes and methodologies
Strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to travel up to two weeks monthly
Apply automotive industry experience, integration coordination, data troubleshooting, and organized delivery skills across PBS Systems client projects.
