Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end design for your product area
Design accessible experiences for complex technical workflows
Conduct research and translate insights into improvements
Contribute scalable patterns across the North platform
Partner with engineering on faithful implementation
Requirements:
Four or more years designing digital products
Strong portfolio showing process, systems thinking, and impact
Understanding of AI concepts and agentic systems
Proficiency in Figma and scalable design systems
Clear communication across distributed teams
Bring AI fluency, product design craft, and user-centered research to Cohere’s enterprise modelling experiences worldwide.
