Netflix Animation Studios seeks a Production Manager for an unannounced CG animated feature film. The role oversees production progress, milestones, calendars, metrics, and workflow needs. It partners with production and creative leaders across departments and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production progress and timely film completion
Maintain milestones, quotas, schedules, and workflow optimizations
Track production data, materials, metrics, and risks
Troubleshoot schedule, workflow, and delivery challenges
Coordinate staff planning, training needs, and team development
Requirements:
Five or more years managing feature film production
Strong knowledge of CG pipelines and workflows
Understanding of storyboarding, editorial, and visual development
Experience recruiting, training, and supervising production staff
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Support Netflix Animation Studios with CG production management, thoughtful scheduling, and cross-location collaboration in Vancouver.
