Water Wastewater Project Manager Toronto
Modern Niagara
Lead water and wastewater project delivery in Toronto, managing budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships for Modern Niagara.
This Project Manager works within Modern Niagara’s major projects team. The position oversees mechanical contracting projects involving process piping, construction documents, financial forecasting, and commissioning. Success requires coordinating foremen, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and suppliers throughout execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and financial targets
Coordinate equipment, subcontractors, suppliers, and commissioning activities
Prepare financial forecasts and participate in status reviews
Attend construction meetings and communicate project information
Maintain safety standards and monitor field progress
Requirements:
Five years’ Project Manager experience in water wastewater projects
Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent trade technical background
Experience with process piping and construction drawings
Microsoft Office and computerized scheduling package experience
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
