Paddle is seeking a proven Director of Demand Generation to own and scale our global demand engine across PLG and sales-led motions. You will lead a high-performing team, align with Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, Brand and RevOps, and drive predictable pipeline in a hybrid, hub-based environment.
You will build repeatable, data-driven campaigns across paid, SEO, ABM, lifecycle, and web, optimise attribution, and use AI to accelerate testing and personalisation at scale.
