Engineering Manager Machine Development

Lead mechanical engineering, LabVIEW automation, and custom machine development at Infinity Testing Solutions Inc. in person in Mississauga, Ontario.
As Engineering Manager, you will guide research and development projects from technical research through commissioning. You will coach engineers and technologists while applying mechanical design, controls, and integration expertise. The work supports aerospace, nuclear, defence, semiconductor, and industrial testing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering priorities, delegation, feedback, and performance reviews
Guide research, feasibility studies, prototypes, and custom machine concepts
Develop and troubleshoot LabVIEW automation, control, and data acquisition applications
Integrate hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, electrical controls, and motion systems
Manage design, validation milestones, budgets, risks, and client communication
Requirements:
At least five years engineering experience; seven preferred
At least three years managing engineering or technical staff
Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related degree
Professional Engineer licence in Ontario
Advanced LabVIEW, RMC controls, and mechanical design experience
