Cloud Backend Development Engineer

You will contribute to a collaborative team of engineers, architects, product managers, and designers. The work centers on backend applications, RESTful microservices, scalable distributed environments, and service visibility. Modern object-oriented languages and cloud platforms support the engineering work.
Key Responsibilities:
Ship backend capabilities across cross-geo distributed environments
Apply testing, reliability, security, and performance considerations
Provide visibility, error reporting, and monitoring
Mentor teammates and share engineering expertise
Participate in daily Agile standups
Requirements:
Three or more years of backend application experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably Computer Science
Object-oriented programming proficiency in a modern language
Fluency with RDBMS or NoSQL database technology
Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
