Support Workiva platform evolution in Montreal using application management, functional analysis, and stakeholder communication. This hybrid National Bank position includes flexible scheduling.
As Chief Application Analyst, you will serve as a reference for a cloud solution used by several Bank sectors. You will translate business needs into consistent recommendations and collaborate with the Product Owner on the roadmap. Knowledge of Workiva, SQL, APIs, or Power BI is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand user needs and promote platform best practices
Recommend sustainable and scalable cross-sector solutions
Contribute to roadmap priorities and requested changes
Support upgrades, incident resolution, and implementation activities
Monitor integrations, automations, reports, dashboards, and data flows
Requirements:

Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Experience maintaining and evolving shared business applications
Experience analyzing needs and managing stakeholder relationships
Ability to understand business processes and application interactions
Workiva, SQL, APIs, Power BI, or similar knowledge is an asset
Use functional analysis, platform expertise, and collaborative leadership to strengthen Workiva-related solutions serving National Bank sectors.
