AI/ML Solutions Architect

Shape scalable AI/ML architecture at 3Pillar Global, defining technical direction across domains with cloud platforms, MLOps, and responsible AI practices.
As an AI/ML Architect, you will establish blueprints for AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and MCP systems. You will advise clients, align machine learning strategies with business objectives, and guide teams across architecture, model operations, and governance. The work includes evaluating technologies and representing 3Pillar in client-facing discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define end-to-end AI/ML and Gen AI system architecture
Architect solutions using Azure ML, SageMaker, or Vertex AI
Design RAG systems with vector databases
Guide CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and retraining
Ensure ethical AI through governance and interpretability
Requirements:
Master’s degree and 15+ years of industry experience
Deep Python and machine learning library expertise
Experience with RAG, Agent AI, MCP, and prompt orchestration
Hands-on OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, embeddings, and fine-tuning
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and microservices
Lead enterprise AI architecture through cloud-native design, MLOps, Generative AI integration, and responsible technology governance.
