Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare both stationary and portable bar setups
• Perform opening and closing inventory counts
• Maintain stock and balance the cash register
• Verify guest age through ID checks
• Implement proper portion control in serving drinks
Requirements:
• Minimum previous high-volume bartending experience
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Grade 12 education preferred
• Capable of lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate in challenging environments
