• Input invoices and reconcile bank accounts accurately
• Update cost reports and assist with courier pricing
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and reconcile statements
• Help with cheque printing and client billing processes
• Support subcontract management activities as needed
Requirements:
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Commitment to a 4 or 8-month internship starting January 2027
• Currently pursuing an Accounting or similar degree
• Enthusiasm for contributing to community-building projects
